A destination built around play.

The Arc Cloud is a tournament-grade indoor sports complex, hotel, and waterfront community destination envisioned for the St. Cloud region — designed to bring regional tournaments, visitors, and everyday civic life to one place.

The Vision

One site. Sport, hospitality, and community together.

The Arc Cloud brings a tournament-grade indoor sports complex, an on-site hotel, outdoor athletic fields, and public waterfront space together on one contiguous site in St. Cloud, Florida — part of the Central Florida sports-tourism corridor alongside Kissimmee and Orlando.

The project is envisioned as a public-private partnership, pairing private capital and operating expertise with long-term community benefit: year-round recreation, civic gathering space, and a new economic engine for Osceola County. Site and land-use terms are still being finalized.

It is designed to serve two audiences at once — the traveling tournament and events market that drives hotel stays and regional spending, and St. Cloud residents who gain a waterfront amphitheater, community center, and public promenade.

Regional Impact

A measurable economic engine for Osceola County

The Arc Cloud is designed to deliver lasting economic value alongside the destination itself — permanent jobs, construction activity, new local payroll, and new tax revenue for the county and city.

$40M+
Projected 10-year tax revenue to the county and city

Beyond the numbers, The Arc Cloud is designed as public infrastructure for everyday use — a waterfront promenade, amphitheater, and community center open to Osceola County residents, not just visiting teams and families. The project has drawn early, growing engagement from regional business, tourism, and civic organizations as it advances through city, county, and state review.

Job, payroll, and tax figures are current planning-stage estimates from the project's financial model, informed by comparable sports-tourism and hospitality developments and regional market data. They are projections, not guarantees, and will be refined through independent third-party market analysis, final design, and government review.
